Buffalo Chicken and Colby Jack Cheese Nachos

Ingredients

  • - 12 slices of Kretschmar Buffalo Style Chicken Breast (chopped)
  • - 2 cups Kretschmar Colby Jack Cheese
  • - 14 oz bag tortilla chips
  • - 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
  • - 2 - 3 green onions, chopped
  • - ¼ c bleu cheese dressing
  • - ¼ c hot sauce (if desired)

Instructions

  • 1. HEAT oven to 375º F.
  • 2. SPREAD the tortilla chips out on a large sheet pan or large skillet.
  • 3. SPRINKLE the chopped buffalo chicken over the chips.
  • 4. TOP with the Colby Jack cheese.
  • 5. BAKE in the oven for 8 - 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • 6. REMOVE from oven. Top with jalapeños and chopped onion
  • 7. DRIZZLE with bleu cheese and hot sauce.
