Herbed Jamon-Buerre

Ingredients

  • - 10 slices Kretschmar Black Forest Ham
  • - 1 baguette, sliced lengthwise
  • - 5 tbsp European salted butter, softened
  • - 1 tsp minced fresh tarragon
  • - 1 tsp minced fresh thyme
  • - 1 tsp minced fresh parsley
  • - 1 lemon, zested
  • - 2 cup baby arugula

Instructions

  • 1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F and place baguette slices cut-side-down on rimmed baking sheet.
  • 2. BAKE until lightly toasted, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • 3. COMBINE butter, tarragon, thyme, parsley and lemon zest in a small bowl.
  • 4. SPREAD herb butter on cut sides of baguette.
  • 5. LAYER Kretschmar Black Forest Ham and arugula over herb butter and top with remaining baguette slice.
  • 6. CUT sandwich crosswise into 4 equal pieces. Serve and enjoy.
