- 2 c finely chopped Kretschmar herbed garlic chicken breast
- 1/4 c plus 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 c plus 1 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 10 sl white sandwich bread
- 1/2 c thinly sliced cucumber
- MIX mayonnaise, sour cream, parsley, green onion, tarragon, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- ADD chicken and stir together.
- SPREAD a thick, even layer of the chicken onto 5 bread slices.
- COVER chicken with cucumber slices. Top each with remaining bread slice.
- CUT crust from bread; discard. Cut each sandwich into 3 rectangular shapes.
- GARNISH with extra sliced cucumber or fresh cut herbs.
