- 10 slices of Kretschmar Black Forest Ham
- 10 slices of Kretschmar Pepper Jack Cheese
- 5 fajita tortillas
- 4 oz mayo
- ¾ cup shredded carrots
- 1 finely sliced green bell pepper
- 5 small romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried
- Cherry tomatoes, optional
- SPREAD the mayo over tortillas.
- PLACE 2 slices of ham, carrots, peppers, cheese, and lettuce on top and roll.
- PLACE onto a sheet, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- SLICE each rolled tortilla into 8 pinwheels and place a cherry tomato on top.
- INSERT the toothpick through the tomato and into the pinwheel.
