
Kretschmar Black Forest Ham & Spinach Frittatas

- 12 slices of Kretschmar Black Forest ham
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups of spinach
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 cup of Kretschmar Pepper Jack Cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup onion
- Sea salt to taste
- Cracked pepper to taste
Instructions
- HEAT oven to 350°F.
- LINE mini muffin tins with Kretschmar Black Forest Ham.
- CHOP spinach.
- SAUTE spinach, onions & half of thyme for 2 minutes. REMOVE from the heat and cool
- BEAT eggs until they are fluffy
- ADD spinach, onion and cheese to eggs
- BAKE 15 minutes or until done.
- SEASON with pepper, salt & thyme
