Kretschmar Black Forest Ham & Spinach Frittatas

Ingredients

  • 12 slices of Kretschmar Black Forest ham
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups of spinach
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 cup of Kretschmar Pepper Jack Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Cracked pepper to taste

Instructions

  • HEAT oven to 350°F.
  • LINE mini muffin tins with Kretschmar Black Forest Ham.
  • CHOP spinach.
  • SAUTE spinach, onions & half of thyme for 2 minutes. REMOVE from the heat and cool
  • BEAT eggs until they are fluffy
  • ADD spinach, onion and cheese to eggs
  • BAKE 15 minutes or until done.
  • SEASON with pepper, salt & thyme
