
Buffalo Style Chicken Pita

- 1 6-inch naan or pita bread
- 3 slices Kretschmar Buffalo Style Chicken (thick sliced)
- 1/2 c. mixed greens
- 4 cherry tomatoes (red and yellow mixture, quartered)
- 2 jalapeno peppers (small)
- 1 oz. blue cheese crumbles
- hot sauce (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Lightly toast bread in oven or toaster and cut chicken slices in half.
- 2. Arrange mixed greens, chicken, tomatoes, peppers and blue cheese on half of the bread.
- 3. Fold other half of bread over ingredients.
- 4. Season with hot sauce (optional).
