- ● 8 oz. Kretschmar deli ham
- ● 1 c. Kretschmar pepperoni
- ● 1 c. Kretschmar hard salami
- ● 1 c. pistachios (shell on)
- ● 1 c. marcona almonds
- ● 8 oz. crackers
- ● 6 oz. thin crunchy breadsticks
- ● 1 small baguette, sliced thin
- ● 1 pint fresh blueberries
- ● 1 pint fresh strawberries
- ● 1 pint fresh blackberries
- ● 1 pint fresh raspberries
- ● 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes
- ● Fresh basil, for garnish
- 1. Cut cheeses into various shapes such as strips, cubes, wedges and stars (optional--with cookie cutter).
- 2. Fold ham into easy-to-grab shapes.
- 3. Arrange meat and cheeses around serving platter and fill in with remaining ingredients, using bowls to create different levels where needed.
- 4. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
