Ingredients
● 1 dozen mini waffles ( about 4”-diameter, store-bought or homemade)
For Ham, Egg and Asparagus Tartines:
● 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
● 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
● 8 slices Kretschmar sliced deli ham
● 4 eggs, fried to preference
● 4 spears asparagus, woody ends trimmed and thinly sliced
For Dill Chicken Tartines:
● 2 oz. cream cheese, softened
● 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
● 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, finely chopped
● 8 slices Kretschmar deli chicken
● 2 c. baby arugula
● 1/4 c. pecans, toasted and chopped
Spicy Turkey
● 1/4 c. mayonnaise
● 2 Tbsp. sriracha, or to taste
● Juice of 1/2 lime
● 4 slices Kretschmar sharp cheddar
● 8 slices Kretschmar deli turkey
● 1 seedless cucumber, sliced thin
● 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
Ham, Egg and Asparagus Tartines:
1. Combine mustard and maple syrup in small bowl and spread on 4 mini waffles. Top with 2 slices of ham, fried egg and garnish with thinly sliced asparagus.
Dill Chicken Tartines:
1. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and dill in small bowl and spread on 4 mini waffles.
Top with chicken, baby arugula and pecans. Spicy Turkey
1. Combine mayonnaise, sriracha and lime juice in small bowl and adjust sriracha to taste. Spread on 4 mini waffles. Top with 1 slice of cheese, 2 slices of turkey, cucumber and crumbled bacon.
