  • 2 lb. Kretschmar All Natural* Pulled Chicken (all ready fully cooked, just purchase from your local deli)
  • 1 cup low sodium Soy Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 cup packed Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp. Fresh Ginger, minced
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • *No artificial ingredients/minimally processed


  • 1. Thaw Kretschmar All Natural* Pulled Chicken according to heating instructions on the package. Once thawed, continue to shred with knife or fork for desired thickness.
  • 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, chicken stock, pineapple juice, brown sugar, olive oil, minced garlic and ginger until the brown sugar is dissolved.
  • 3. Pour the sauce mixture into a large pan and heat on stove-top; bring to a boil.
  • 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water to make a slurry. While the sauce is boiling, whisk in the slurry and continue to boil until the sauce thickens.
  • 5. Stir in chicken until combined and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is heated through.
  • 6. Serve the chicken over rice or noodles.
