- 1 pack Kretschmar Premium Deli German Brand Frankfurters
- 1 pack Pretzel Bread Buns
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 lb. Sauerkraut, lightly strained
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper, or to taste
- 1 tsp. Caraway Seeds
- Whole Grain Mustard
- 1. In a medium pan, heat olive oil. Add the sauerkraut to the pan and sauté with the black pepper and caraway seeds until brown.
- 2. Cook Kretschmar Premium Deli German Brand Frankfurters according to desired heating instructions on the package.
- 3. Place cooked frankfurters on pretzel bread buns; top with sauerkraut mixture and whole grain mustard.
- 4. Serve with sweet potato fries.
