12 thick-cut slices Kretschmar Master’s Cut Hot Honey Ham
12 slices Kretschmar Swiss Cheese
8 Tbsp. Salted Butter, melted
1/4 cup Honey
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh Parsley
1. Whisk together the honey, Dijon, parsley and melted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and remove from the heat.
2. Preheat oven to broil.
3. Split the rolls in half and place on baking sheet cut-side up. Brush the cut sides with the honey butter. Place 2 halved Kretschmar Hot Honey Ham pieces on the bottom of each roll and top each with a slice of Kretschmar Swiss Cheese. Broil until the cheese is melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven and pour over the remaining honey butter. Place the tops on the rolls and serve.
