- 2 lbs. Kretschmar Virginia Smoked or Honey Ham, sliced thin
- 2 lbs. Kretschmar Oven Roasted or Smoked Turkey, sliced thin
- 2 lbs. Kretschmar Medium Cooked Roast Beef, sliced thin
- 1 lb. Kretschmar Colby Cheese
- 1 lb. Kretschmar Swiss Cheese
- 3 leaves of lettuce
- 10 oz. olives (any variety)
- 1. Fold each slice of meat into an S shape. Layer meat overlapping each slice.
- 2. Arrange tray by variety of meat, as shown above, leaving small spaces between for cheese.
- 3. Cut cheese slices in half diagonally.
- 4. Place one-third of cheese between each meat section.
- 5. Wash lettuce; blot dry.
- 6. Place lettuce in center of tray in bowl shape.
- 7. Drain olives and place in center of bowl-shaped lettuce.
