1/2 of a squeezed Lemon, add juice to mashed Avocado
Handful of Baby Spinach
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1 Fried Egg, cooked over-medium
1 Tbsp. of your favorite Hummus
Spread one slice of the bread with hummus and the other slice with avocado mash. Add the fried egg, Kretschmar Maple Turkey Breast, fresh mozzarella cheese, red bell pepper, and spinach. Stack and cut in half.
