- ½ oz. arugula
- 4 oz. Kretschmar Master’s Cut Applewood Smoked Turkey Breast
- 2 oz. Kretschmar Master’s Cut Lacey Swiss Cheese
- 1 tbsp. red onion, julienned
- ¼ Granny Smith apple, julienned
- 2 slices sourdough bread, lightly toasted
Instructions
- On one slice of bread, generously spread apple butter and top with arugula, then layer turkey slices and Swiss cheese. Evenly sprinkle the julienned onion and apple on top, and use the remaining slice of bread to close the sandwich.
