- 6 Eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded Kretschmar Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1/4 lb.)
- 1 cup Kretschmar Master's Cut Santa Fe Turkey Breast cut into small strips (1/2 lb.)
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in medium bowl until well-blended.
- 2. Add Kretschmar Masters’ Cut Smokey Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Master's Cut Santa Fe Turkey Breast, and chives. Mix well.
- 3. Spoon evenly into 12 greased muffin cups, about 1/4 cup each.
- 4. Bake in 350°F oven for 10 minutes
- 5. Remove from oven and lightly stir each cup to evenly distribute the turkey, cheese, and chives
- 6. Return to oven and cook until set – an additional 10 to 12 minutes.
- 7. Remove from oven and COOL for 5 minutes.
- 8. Remove from cups; serve warm.
