- 8 oz. Kretschmar Off The Bone Rotisserie Chicken (thick sliced, then cubed)
- 1 c. hickory-flavored barbeque sauce
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. molasses
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 12-inch pre-baked pizza crust
- 1 c. Kretschmar Smoked Gouda cheese (shredded)
- 1 c. red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/3 c. Blue Cheese (crumbled)
- Preheat oven to 425ºF
- In a saucepan over medium high heat, combine chicken, barbeque sauce, honey, molasses, brown sugar and cilantro. Bring to a boil.
- Spread chicken mixture evenly over pizza crust; top with cheeses and onions. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
