Off The Bone Turkey Mini Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Kretschmar Masters’ Cut Smokey Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1/4 pound)
  • 1 cup Kretschmar Off The Bone Turkey cut into small strips (1/2 pound)
  • 2tbsp chopped chives
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. HEAT oven to 350°F. BEAT eggs, milk, salt and pepper in medium bowl until well-blended.
  • 2. ADD Kretschmar Masters’ Cut Smokey Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Kretschmar Off The Bone Turkey, and chives. Mix well.
  • 3. SPOON evenly into 12 greased muffin cups, about 1/4 cup each.
  • 4. BAKE in 350°F oven for 10 minutes
  • 5. Remove from oven and lightly stir each cup to evenly distribute the turkey, cheese, and chives
  • 6. Return to oven and cook until set – an additional 10 to 12 minutes.
  • 7. Remove from oven and COOL for 5 minutes.
  • 8. REMOVE from cups; serve warm.
